These are hand-dyed fabrics using a West African style of batik. I hand-cut foam into shapes and alternate layers of wax and dye to create these original, one-of-a-kind prints.

My favorite use of the fabric is to make them into pillows—they are like paintings that you can touch and snuggle up with.
